Senior Resourcing Specialist to join our Perth Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the ongoing success of our business.
About the Role
As a Senior Resourcing Specialist, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across the business. You’ll partner closely with leaders and stakeholders, manage multiple requisitions, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our talent acquisition practices.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast‑paced, values‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate and operational roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Support and enhance talent acquisition, candidate care and onboarding practices
- Manage recruitment processes using the applicant tracking system
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Contribute to recruitment projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain awareness of market trends and recruitment best practice
About You
- Proven experience in a senior resourcing or talent acquisition role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining quality outcomes
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting
- Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
- Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience
